Steffen Marche

Steffen has a decades-long background in sport and athletic training. As a competitive powerlifter, he successfully participated in state and German championships between 1988 and 2000, winning several medals. In 2022, he discovered Krav Maga Defense Security and embraced an entirely new challenge. Today, he is a certified KMDS Instructor, a violence-prevention multiplier within Project EVA and an active assistant instructor. At the age of 63, he is currently preparing for KMDS Level 7 and represents lifelong learning, dedication and continuous personal development.
